SeeYa is the first rookie team in the K-pop scene created with more than a billion won of investment during just over a year’s time. SG Wannabe was in charge of SeeYa’s vocal training and the production of the debut album. For all the music in SeeYa’s debut album, SG Wannabe and MtoM participated in the chorus, further enhancing the completeness of the music. The three members of the new band were all chosen after auditions with a slim chance of 130 to 1. Although they are all only young girls aged from 19 to 21, all the members have strong vocal power. The name of the team SeeYa comes from ‘See U Always,’ which means that the band wishes to live eternally through their music for their fans. The members of the trio underwent intense training for a year and half studying under the best singers and producers in K-pop. The three members all have one thing in common – they are all crazy about soul music. This is the reason why the trio creates such perfect harmony together.
